Under the Authority of Macon Missionary Baptist Church

MACON CHRISTIAN ACADEMY is a Missionary Baptist private christian school that operates under the authority of Macon Missionary Baptist Church.

Tennessee Code 1-3-118 – Recognition of high school diplomas from church-related schools and home schools. (a) Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or other law to the contrary, a high school diploma awarded by a school as defined by § 49-50-801 or § 49-6-3050 in recognition of completion of secondary educational requirements shall be considered by all departments, agencies, commissions or other such entities of state and local government as having all the rights and privileges of a high school diploma awarded by a public school system.

We are not a daycare that has a weekly rate. Some parents choose to make weekly, monthly, etc. payments to pay for the school-year tuition. We are a school that also offers childcare. We have several students that use our school for childcare or daycare. Our school day is 8:00am-3:00pm. As a school, we charge a SCHOOL-YEAR TUITION for Pre-K and K-12 as any private school does. This tuition covers before and after school childcare for all students. For Pre-K, this tuition also covers non-school days such as Fall and Spring Break, etc. throughout the school year. For grades K-12, there is an extra charge for childcare on non-school days. We are open 6:30am-5:30pm. The school-year tuition only covers the school year. The tuition amount may be paid off in monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. payments; provided the full amount is paid in full by the end of the school year, and the amount is kept current based on your payment plan preference. Tuition will be pro-rated if a student enrolls after the school-year has started. This is a SCHOOL YEAR TUITION (FEE), not a weekly, monthly, etc. fee. Parents may choose to pay off this SCHOOL YEAR TUITION (FEE) by making weekly, monthly, etc. payments. It does not cover summer break.
